Terms of service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, provide accurate account information, and not be prohibited by applicable law from using WestKin. A person under 18 may not create or use a WestKin account.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your age or identity, create an account for another person without authorization, sell or transfer an account, evade a suspension or ban through another account, or access another person's account without authorization.

3. Dating, matching, and user interactions

WestKin provides tools for users to discover, match with, communicate with, and potentially meet other users. WestKin does not guarantee another user's identity, background, intentions, statements, compatibility, offline conduct, or relationship outcome. Any verification indicator is a limited signal and is not a guarantee of safety, character, or trustworthiness.

4. User content

“User Content” includes profiles, photographs, videos, posts, comments, messages, bios, creator content, and other material submitted through WestKin. You retain ownership of rights you hold in your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant Dashuroj SH.P.K a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, resize, transcode, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate WestKin, provide the feature you selected, create previews, moderate the service, investigate reports, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit the content.

5. Campfire and community features

Campfire and similar features allow users and approved creators to publish and interact with User Content. WestKin may moderate, restrict, remove, or reduce distribution of content and may restrict posting, comments, creator privileges, or accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, policy, legal, or platform-compliance reasons.

6. Reporting and blocking

WestKin provides reporting and blocking tools for supported interactions. Deliberately false, abusive, or manipulative reporting may itself violate these Terms. WestKin may retain records of reports and enforcement where needed for safety, fraud prevention, repeat-abuse detection, disputes, or legal compliance.

7. Bucks

Bucks are digital in-app units licensed for use only within WestKin. Bucks are not legal currency, bank deposits, or interest-bearing value. Ordinary users cannot redeem Bucks for cash. Bucks may be used only for features made available by WestKin and may not be transferred or traded outside authorized WestKin functionality.

8. Gifts and tips

WestKin may let users spend Bucks on digital gifts, tips, or other interactions. A gift or tip is not a direct money transfer from one user to another and does not create a debt, partnership, employment relationship, or entitlement to a reply, romantic attention, sexual activity, meeting, or other service.

Gifts, tips, and Bucks may not be used to purchase illegal goods, sexual services, coercion, exploitation, or prohibited transactions.

9. Trail Pass

WestKin may offer an automatically renewing subscription known as Trail Pass. The price, duration, renewal frequency, available benefits, trial terms if any, and cancellation method are shown through the relevant purchase interface before purchase. Subscriptions are managed through the store through which they were purchased.

Deleting your WestKin account or removing the app does not necessarily cancel an active subscription. WestKin does not guarantee that any particular creator will continuously publish content or remain on the service.

10. Purchases, refunds, and reversals

Digital purchases are generally processed by Apple or Google and may be managed through RevenueCat. Store terms and applicable consumer law may govern billing, cancellation, and refunds. WestKin may correct balances or entitlements resulting from duplicate credits, payment reversals, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, unauthorized transactions, or technical errors.

11. Creator content

Approved creators may publish content designated for Trail Pass or another premium-access feature. Premium status does not exempt content from the Community Guidelines. Creator participation is also governed by the WestKin Creator & Influencer Agreement.

12. Prohibited conduct

You may not use WestKin to violate law; harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse another person; impersonate others; operate fake profiles; scam or defraud users; distribute spam; scrape data without authorization; interfere with WestKin systems; infringe intellectual-property rights; distribute non-consensual intimate material; facilitate exploitation; offer illegal goods or services; conduct unauthorized commercial solicitation; promote trafficking or coercion; engage in child sexual abuse or exploitation; or help another person violate these Terms.

The Community Guidelines provide additional rules and are incorporated into these Terms.

13. Safety and offline meetings

WestKin does not control conduct outside the service. Users are responsible for deciding whether and how to communicate with or meet another user. Do not send money, passwords, financial credentials, identity documents, or other sensitive information to a person you do not independently trust.

14. WestKin intellectual property

WestKin's software, trademarks, logos, interface designs, graphics, service architecture, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Dashuroj SH.P.K. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to users.

15. Suspension and termination

WestKin may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of policy violations, fraud, payment abuse, safety concerns, illegal activity, credible reports, platform requirements, or legal obligations. Serious safety violations may result in immediate action.

16. Account deletion

Users may initiate deletion through WestKin's account settings or use the external process described at Delete account. Deactivation is not deletion. Personal data associated with account deletion is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

17. Service changes and availability

WestKin may add, modify, limit, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, provider outages, defects, security incidents, network conditions, or other events may affect availability.

18. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WestKin is provided on an “as available” basis. WestKin does not warrant that every profile is accurate, every user is trustworthy, every match will result in communication or a relationship, creators will continuously publish content, content will always remain available, or the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

19. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dashuroj SH.P.K is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or purely economic losses arising from another user's conduct or use of WestKin where such liability may lawfully be limited. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply under the laws of their country of residence or mandatory rights to bring proceedings in a competent local court.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in WestKin, law, safety requirements, store rules, or business operations. Where legally required, users will receive notice of material changes.
