Community guidelines

1. Adults only

WestKin is for people aged 18 and over. Minors may not create or use an account, and users may not knowingly facilitate access by a minor.

2. Child sexual abuse and exploitation

WestKin prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation in any form. Prohibited conduct includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, sextortion involving a minor, trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of children, attempts to obtain sexual images from a minor, attempts to arrange sexual contact with a minor, content encouraging child abuse, links to CSAM, and attempts to evade detection or moderation of such conduct.

WestKin may immediately remove relevant content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant evidence where legally appropriate, and report confirmed CSAM or qualifying exploitation to the competent authorities as required by law.

3. Sexual content

WestKin is a dating service, not a pornography service. Explicit pornography, graphic sexual acts, non-consensual sexual material, sexual exploitation, sexual content involving or appearing to involve minors, offers for sexual services, and content intended primarily to facilitate prohibited sexual commerce are not allowed. Paid or Trail Pass content is subject to the same rules.

4. Harassment, threats, and abuse

Do not threaten violence, stalk another person, repeatedly contact someone who has clearly rejected contact, engage in targeted harassment, blackmail or extort another person, publish private information to intimidate someone, or coordinate abuse against another user.

5. Hate and dehumanizing content

Content that attacks, threatens, or dehumanizes people based on protected characteristics may be removed and may result in account restrictions or termination. Incitement to violence is prohibited.

6. Impersonation and deceptive profiles

Do not impersonate another person, organization, public figure, or creator. Do not use another person's photographs in a deceptive manner or materially misrepresent your identity, age, or intentions.

7. Scams and financial exploitation

Do not use WestKin for romance scams, deceptive requests for money, banking-credential theft, gift-card or cryptocurrency scams, money laundering, stolen payment methods, fraudulent Bucks activity, artificial tipping, refund abuse, or other financial exploitation.

8. Violence and illegal activity

Do not use WestKin to threaten, organize, solicit, or facilitate serious illegal activity, trafficking, coercion, or violence. Credible threats and legally reportable conduct may be disclosed to appropriate authorities.

9. Privacy and intimate material

Do not publish another person's intimate content without consent, home address, financial credentials, identity documents, passwords, private correspondence, or other highly sensitive personal information without lawful authorization.

10. Intellectual property

Only upload material you have the right to use. Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights violations may result in content removal or account action.

11. Spam and unauthorized commercial activity

Do not use WestKin primarily to advertise, mass-message, recruit, redirect users to unrelated commercial services, or conduct unauthorized solicitation. Approved creators remain subject to WestKin's creator and advertising rules.

12. Reporting and blocking

Use WestKin's in-app reporting tools to report profiles, posts, comments, messages, or other supported content. Users may also block other users through supported interactions. Do not intentionally circumvent another user's block through alternate accounts or coordinated third-party contact.

For child-safety matters, contact safety@westkin.dating. For an immediate threat to life or safety, contact local emergency services or law enforcement.

13. Enforcement

Depending on severity and context, WestKin may remove content, reduce visibility, issue warnings, restrict functionality, revoke creator status, suspend an account, permanently terminate an account, preserve records where legally necessary, or report conduct to appropriate authorities. Severe child-safety, exploitation, credible-threat, or fraud violations may result in immediate action without prior warning.

14. Creator responsibility

Creators are held to at least the same standards as every other user. Premium status, creator approval, popularity, payment, or commercial arrangements do not exempt a creator from moderation.
