Terms of Use
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You may not use WestKin if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.
2. Your account
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for maintaining control of your credentials and devices. You may not sell, rent, transfer, or give another person your account. You agree not to impersonate another person or provide a false age.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use WestKin to harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or abuse another person; impersonate others; create or facilitate underage accounts; promote scams, fraud, phishing, spam, or deceptive solicitation; distribute unlawful content; violate another person’s rights; attack or disrupt WestKin systems; scrape or automate the service without authorization; manipulate engagement or purchases; or evade blocks, bans, moderation, or payment restrictions.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant WestKin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, technically adapt, moderate, and otherwise process that content as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content.
5. Other users
WestKin does not guarantee the identity, intentions, background, conduct, compatibility, or safety of another user. Use judgment online and before meeting someone in person. Review our Safety & Community Rules.
6. Purchases, subscriptions, and virtual currency
WestKin may offer subscriptions, virtual currency, gifts, and other paid digital features. Prices and renewal terms are shown before purchase. App-store purchases are processed by the applicable platform and may be subject to Apple or Google billing and refund rules.
Virtual currency and digital items have no cash value unless WestKin expressly provides a separate creator or payout program with specific eligibility requirements. They may not be transferred outside authorized WestKin features.
7. Moderation and safety enforcement
We may investigate reports, remove content, restrict features, limit visibility, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe these Terms, our Safety rules, law, or platform requirements have been violated.
8. Account deletion and termination
You may permanently delete your account through WestKin’s account-management controls. WestKin may suspend or terminate access when permitted by these Terms. Deletion may remove your profile, matches, conversations, community content, and associated user-facing data.
9. Service changes
We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may change pricing or paid benefits prospectively, subject to applicable law and app-store requirements.
10. Disclaimers
WestKin is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful matches, compatibility, user conduct, or any particular outcome. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
11. Applicable law
These Terms are interpreted under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live. To the extent a governing-law choice is permitted, the laws applicable to DASHUROJ SH.P.K. in Kosovo govern the contractual relationship.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms as WestKin changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
